Personnel administration functions: Handle, keep, secure and maintain employee files and records up-to-date for management and easy accessibility.

Employee development, periodical performance appraisal and training functions:

  • Build acceptable procedures and conduct on behalf of the client periodical performance appraisals. Prepare and present follow up reports for management to achieve best use of the information collected through such surveys and sessions.
  • Prepare training and development procedures and work with management to define train gin needs and ways to attract and outsource the training and development requirements of the organization, to improve employee performance.

Security access, attendance and payroll functions: Act on behalf of the client to control attendance and document processes for the preparing monthly payroll, through building improved process to collecting and controlling employees timekeeping records and preparing the monthly payroll and pay checks.

Recruiting management function: Help establish the manpower requirements, the future manpower needs, and manage the sourcing and the hiring activities. Set manpower mobilization plans and secure all necessary vacancies within the organization. Act as a recruiting agent to source and shortlist candidates to fill a broad range of vacancies within the organization. Also prepare employment contracts and confidentiality agreements on behalf of the organization.
